Recruiting - Granular Control for Suggested Skills AI: Recruiter vs. Candidate Experience

We are exploring the Suggested Skills AI feature and would like to understand if there are any plans to differentiate the experience for recruiters and candidates.

Our use case supports suggested skills for recruiters; however, we do not want candidates to receive suggested skills. Since these suggestions are based on both the candidate’s profile and the requisition job, they could introduce bias by surfacing skills already tied to the job, potentially skewing skills-based matching.

Is it currently possible to configure or restrict this behavior? If not, are there any known workarounds or upcoming roadmap enhancements that would allow more granular control over how suggested skills are presented to different user types?
