ACA Reporting for 2025? Current documentation? 1095-C templates? SSN masking?

We're trying to get a jump on ACA Reporting for the year and I'm hoping for some authoritative direction/answers.

Where do I find current documentation for running and configuring for ACA (Affordable Care Act) reporting? It's no longer included in the current Localization Information Guide — the most recent I can find with it is from 25B. (Wonder why was it omitted?) Moreover, it doesn't look like the 25B documentation has been updated to include critical and necessary instructions that had been omitted from previous documentation (the 24A white paper).

Are we still required to create a new template for this year?
