Unable to add salary details on Job Offer

Hi,

Anyone know what security role/privileges or root cause could be preventing the components from being available to select by the user - our custom security roles for recruiting are not allowing users to define the salary amount (see image below)

Expected results for user are copied below (note image below was taken by a user that has seeded security roles).

Any help is appreciated!!
