"Process completed with errors" - When Generating Report Only - HTML Only and Blank

Summary:

Currently we are trying to utilize the HCM Redwood Personalization Helper Tool in "Report Only" Mode to identify all migratable personalizations for the add-pending-worker module. When we run the personalization helper tool connected to an HCM env for this module we are presented with a message saying "Process completed with errors." After checking the Reports within the Working Directory, we are only provided with an HTML file and no Excel Report. When we open the HTML file, it is a completely blank report with no personalizations found. Most other modules seem to be working just fine from what we have
