Need to disable "Create User Account' within Supplier management

Summary:

We need to disable the "Create User Account" checkbox that is located on the Register Supplier form for Account Payable Users. We have create a custom role for the user to prevent access to the "Create User Account" checkbox.

Please review the uploaded screen shot for the "Create User Account" checkbox that needs to be disabled as well as the user roles that are assigned.

Question: What roles/privileges do we need to assign to the user to prevent them from being able to access the "Create User Account" checkbox?
