Buy FG Items Standard Cost is not showing in View Rolled up Costs and transactions are not costed

Summary:

We have requirement to cost Buy finished goods by using standard cost. I created cost scenario and created standard cost of FG item from Manage standard Costs. After Cost rollup finished with warnings. I updated the costs. Status changed to Costs published. But, I didn't find these Buy FG items in Rolled up costs. I ran create cost accounting distributions are also showing an error " The standard cost for this transaction does not exist".

Can you please your inputs why I am not able to see standard cost for FG Items and how to resolve this.
