B2B (Oracle fusion) Logout Issue with Embedded VBCS App
Summary:
We have a standalone VBCS application that enables users to upload a CSV template for bulk updating Service Request records in B2B (oracle fusion) . This application is embedded in the B2B (oracle fusion) homepage under the Service section as an icon.
It is used to import input files containing lists of Service Requests (SRs) for updating SR header and other objects. Only B2B (oracle fusion) users with the custom role are authorized to upload files.
This setup functions as expected, and we can successfully process an input CSV file containing 100 records without any logout issues.
However, after processing approximately 100 to 120 records, the B2B (oracle fusion) session gets logged out. Even when importing smaller files sequentially (ex: 50 records at a time), the B2B (oracle fusion) session still logs out.
