Additional Transformation to Payroll extract generated from 'US ADP Workforce Now Payroll Interface'

We are using 'US ADP Workforce Now Payroll Interface V2' seeded extract and generated payroll extract, but ADP has requested additional transformation

Requirement :

  1. Send ~ if no data in Address 1 Line 2 and Address 1 Line 3 in Oracle
  2. Remove extra or additional/double spaces in address lines.
  3. Rate 1 Amount attribute - which extracts salary needs to be restricted to two decimals in Output file ?
  4. SUI/SDI Tax Jurisdiction Code, Worked State Tax Code - we are not using Calculation cards, how do we get values to this attributes ?

Additional Details : For address Line 2 and Line 3, we need to have a tilde ~ passed instead of blanks when address is sent to ADP and there is no Line 2 or Line 3 in Oracle.
