Enable ESS Scheduler REST API Access Through Cloud Adapters in OIC

Currently, the ESS Scheduler REST API (/ess/rest/scheduler/v1/requests) is not accessible through the HCM, ERP, or Sales Cloud adapters. After reviewing this through an SR with Oracle Support, the outcome confirmed that these adapters do not expose the ESS Scheduler endpoints. To invoke these services, customers must rely on a generic REST adapter or construct their own HTTP integration logic.

This limitation creates additional complexity in integrations where customers expect native adapter support for scheduling ESS jobs, monitoring requests, or retrieving job statuses within HCM, ERP, or Sales Cloud–related flows.

Requested Enhancement:
Please enhance the HCM, ERP, and Sales Cloud adapters to include full support for the ESS Scheduler REST API. Specifically, allow integrators to:
