HDL for Payroll Balance Defintions

We are looking to implement a new payroll element which is fed by an Eligible Compensation balance. Over 150 elements need to feed this new balance. We've referenced the business objects for Payroll Balance Definitions (Balance Feeds by Elements - https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/human-resources/fahbo/examples-of-loading-payroll-balance-definitions.html#Balance-Feed) to load elements to the new eligible compensation balance, however we're struggling to find source system owner, source system ID and balance ID as required for the HDL to add the new elements. Would someone be able to support with advice or provide an SQL where this information can be located?
