How to calculate interlocation shipping cost in fusion constrained supply planning?

Summary:

we are running a constrained supply plan in oracle fusion using FBDI Templates to upload data into the system.We have provided cost weight per unit in Interlocation template and it is showing the cost per unit in plan inputs.
But after running the plan, all the costs are being considered by the system but there is no inclusion of shipping cost?
Is there any specific configuration or setting to see the shipping cost or how to calculate it?
