Summary:

Process Learning Records Job is having performance issue.

Process Learning Records Job is scheduled to run every 4 hours daily while we have another scheduled ESS job, Process Unfinished Attempts, that is scheduled to run once daily at 10pm. I noticed that when these two ran at the same time, it's taking Process Learning Records Job too long to finish.

My question is it okay for these two to run at the same time?
