Collect Extra Info from External candidates applying to a job requisition

We want to collect additional information from only selected external candidates who applied through the external career site — not from all applicants.

For example, after reviewing all candidates who applied to a job requisition, we may decide to send a job offer to only five of them. Before sending the offer, we need to collect more information from these five candidates specifically. Therefore, we want a way to request this information only from selected candidates, without requiring all external applicants to provide it.

Is there any standard Oracle functionality that supports this requirement?
