Smart View Issue Post 25D

Summary:

We're facing smart view issues post application of 25D patch due to which users are unable to retrieve Essbase reports.


SmartView refresh issues began globally in the Production instance on 24th Nov after the 25D patch application on 22nd Nov. This has disrupted access to financial data across reporting utilities such as SmartView, FRS, and Inquiry Screens, all dependent on the CFP ERP Essbase database.

Most of the Finance users are unable to retrieve Essbase reports (majorly SmartView), affecting major reporting and other finance activities. This poses a direct risk to month-end close tasks and any regulatory reporting obligations across regions.
