How to create attribute dimension members through DM

Summary:

I have Project dimension for which there are 3 attribute dimensions - ATTR1, ATTR2, ATT3

I am able to assign the already existing attribute values to the project members, I want to know how to create new members for these attribute dimensions using data management.
