How to import Amount divided in multiple columns

Hello All,
we are trying to upload a csv file through Data Management/Integration in order to populate a profile that uses Balance Comparison w/TM.
The file that needs to be imported has two columns: most of the amount data relies to the second one, but there could be some cases in which the amount is in the first column.
An important note is that the same row has only one amount: so, if the first column has a value, the second one is 0, like in the image below:
