Schedule OIC integration to run on 2nd business day (should consider Holidays)

in ERP Integrations

We have a requirement to run the integration on 2nd Business day of the month.
Currently with iCal we are able to schedule the integration on 2nd Day of the month but unable to differentiate between weekday and weekends.

How can we achieve to run the integration only on BD02 and the also account for any Holidays.
Anyone faced similar scheduling request or how to schedule around Holidays.

Appreciate any suggestions.
