Marking Learners as In Progress When VILT Completion Criteria Are Not Met

Hi Everyone,

Currently, after attendance is calculated, the learner’s status is updated based on whether they meet the completion requirements. Learners who meet the criteria are correctly marked as Completed. However, if the learner does not satisfy the criteria, their status remains as Not Started, which does not accurately reflect that they actually attended or partially participated in the session.

Has anyone come accross a way to automatically move such learners into an In Progress status instead of leaving them as Not Started?

Any insights, experiences, or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
