Need to Display a Second Banner Message with White Background and Hyperlink

Hi All,


We have a requirement to display an additional announcement in the system. We have already enabled the Banner Message (FND_BANNER_MESSAGE) profile option and configured a message, which works fine. However, we now need to display another message below the existing banner, with the following requirements:

  • It should appear with a white background.
  • It should include a hyperlink that users can click to navigate to an external page.

Since the FND_BANNER_MESSAGE profile option doesn’t support configuring two site-level banners, I’m looking for expert suggestions or workarounds to achieve this requirement.


Has anyone implemented something similar, or is there any recommended approach to display an additional custom banner/announcement?
