Requirement to add a VB page in external supplier registration

We have a requirement to add a additional section in external supplier registration (redwood) to capture some information. The requirement is to add a section as 'additional information' in between company details and contacts as shown in the attached image .

We are planning to insert a VB page in between company details and contacts

We are also exploring the option of adding the VB page as 8th component below "questionnaire".

Please let me know whether this can be achieved .
