Upload the Learning records of the employees who have passed those courses in HCM

Summary:

We have a requirement to mass load the courses as "Active" in HCM through HDL,

Need to mass Upload the Learning records of the employees who have passed those courses in in HCM. How can we assign the employees with learning record and make their status to completed using HDL

to upload and make it to active and then to complete status ,but while assigning LearningRecordNumber and AssignmentNumber is required.

How to get this value from the system? if the employee has not yet enrolled in any course, in Learning Assignment on searching the employee it is blank with no LearningRecordNumber and AssignmentNumber
