Cannot Upload Backup Snapshot via EPMAutomate

Summary:

Hi,

I am attempting to upload an NR snapshot extracted from the Oracle Demo environment to one of our environments. The upload via EPM Automate is extremely slow and eventually fails with the following error:

EPMAT-11: Internal server error. Read timed out

As a result, I’m unable to upload and import the snapshot into our internal environment.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue or have suggestions on how to resolve it?
