Job offer is pending for approval, info is locked, it is expected all the recruiters should view

Summary:

Hello Everyone,

Offer approval hierarchy is viewed by whoever is submitting the offer for approval but as per the offer team both recruiter and collaborator specified in the offer should be able to view 'How its going?'

But other recruiters part of offer team, can view only info is locked

Am I missing any configurations or privileges?
