Getting Critical Alert when loading the HDL using the Extract

Hi experts,
Here I had a requirement to call a custom report using the HCM extract that call the report and loads the data in the Fusion. Here I have provided the report path in the design had selected a dummy User entity as the data is coming from the report output,
As attached below the output is coming from the report but is coming as different document name that required as I am loading the journeys here so the name I set was AlloactedChecklist but it is coming as the default Document and the HDL load is failing I think might be because the dat file might be coming as Default Document.dat instead of AlloactedChecklist.dat.
