Unable to see Requestions when created using Rest API

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When creating the requisitions using the REST API Method we are able to see the Req information from the back end but not visible at the Front End or UI.

We added the requested roles for RSSP and also we are login with the requester/ preparer with which the requisition is created.

Any idea or did anyone faced this issue ?
