How can I make all fields in the flexfield value list visible?

Our customer has asked if it is possible to make all fields in a value list visible without having to use the advanced search function. Specifically, the request was made for a flexfield containing lookup codes that we added (see screen).

To access this field, we perform a ‘Change Assignment’ action.

The screenshot shows only some of the lookups; the others cannot be seen but can be found using advanced search.

Is it possible to make the entire value list visible for this type of field? If so, how?
