Item uses FEFO and needs 30 days shelf life at picking.

Assume the item has a material restriction requiring a minimum shelf life of 30 days. I have a sales order with a scheduled ship date of 01-Dec-25. If I perform an early pick on 26-Nov-25 or a late pick on 05-Dec-25, which lots will be eligible for selection based on the following expiry dates?
- LOT0001: 28-Dec-25
- LOT0002: 03-Jan-26
- LOT0003: 10-Jan-26
Is it possible to override the system’s lot selection in this scenario?
