Setting a Backup Offer Approver in TBE

I’d like to know if we can add a backup Offer Approver in Taleo. We have a primary approver, but when she is OOO, we’d like her backup to be able to approve offer letters on her behalf. Is there a way to set this up without having to update the approver on each requisition every time? My organization uses Taleo Business Edition.
