How does import agents work using FSM ?

Summary:The "Manage AI Agent Teams and its components" task in the Implementation project is not enabled. We see it, but we can not invoke it.

we have developed few custom agents in our DEV Environment and would like to promote them to the higher Training environment.

We have successfully exported the Agent team and have a Json file in place. We understand that we should be able to import this in the target environment. Both the environments are on 25D level and go through identical patching cycle.

For new, we are manually "copy"+"pasting" buy opening these two instances in two browsers. This is not a recommended way. Any one else facing this issue and can share pointers please?
