OIC String Size Limit Alert

Summary:

I am working on an OIC POC on Email Notification HTML Template and as expected - I hit the string size limit for this, which is shown through below OIC Dashboard notification and when I went to the activity stream for the impacted instance - the Assignment action is marked as "Warning" and have noticed the integration still went through successfully.

What is the implication when this happens? The integration ran successfully still (the assign activity still able to handle the data properly) but need to know what's happening backend? I am not able to see any documentations that can explain whenever this happens. I assumed OIC will still process it and just billed another
