HDL Template for Element Entry Load with ProcessSeparatelyFlag

Summary:

Does anyone have an HDL template that they're willing to share that includes the ProcessSeparatelyFlag field?

We're trying to load element entry records and change the Process Separately flag to No, rather than having to manually enter all of the element entry records.
