Excel cannot open the file worksheet.xls because the file format or file extension is not valid

Hi All,

In a lot of area like the application table, there is function to export the data to excel. But we hit a problem for few users. Some users doing export to excel without any problem and they can open the download excel file. But some users are having the following error. We check and compare the user and do not find any problem. Do anyone have any idea?
