Redwood Position Details – Incumbents Section Now Shows Candidates at Offer Stage

Hi Team,

Prior to Redwood, the Position Details → Incumbents section displayed only:

• Current incumbents, and
• Pending workers who were confirmed to join the position soon.

However, after moving to Redwood, we have noticed a change in behaviour:

Issue Observed

The Incumbents section now also displays candidates who are only at the “Offer” stage.

This is problematic because:

• Candidates at offer stage are not yet employees
• Their information is often confidential
• This data should not be visible to general HR users or anyone who has access to Position Management

Business Concern

This presents a significant confidentiality issue, as internal users may now see sensitive candidate information that was previously restricted.
