Unable to edit & configure the Supplier Registration Page in RSSP

Summary:

We want to customize the Supplier Registration page, by disabling a few fields & also adding a DFF. But there is not username banner on the top-right from where we can go to "Edit Page in VB Studio".

Also, if we directly go to Visual Builder Studio & then try to pull this page for editing, it say No Layout found, and we're not even able to create a Layout for it.

So what could be the problem, and how can we configure the page…!?
