why adding a standardized test is not working/like the page is not responding, although there are some tests had been created,

HEY_MANAGE_PERSON_TEST_PRIV and

HEY_VIEW_PERSON_TEST_PRIV

privileges were added to the user.
is there an additional step to do ?
