Unable to Locate Previously Created PR in Non-Production Instance

Summary:

I am unable to find a previously created PR in the non-production instance. For example, I created a PR on 12-November, and when I check today, I am not able to see it in the Self Service Procurement tab or the My Requisitions tab.

Can someone please advise what could be the reason for this? Do we need to enable any option or select any checkbox for it to appear? Please advise.
