exception to the configuration of No "Bypass Extending Offer"

Hi,

we have the configuration where there is NO "Bypass Extending Offer". However, there are some exceptions where we need to do some editing in the job offer template and we need to sent the offer to the candidate offline through the email. How can we do it? For only few candidates we need to bypass the extension without creating a new CSP.
