Is there a way to extract the schedule of an ESS Job?

Question-1

We have a collection job set which is scheduled multiple times a day.

When I checked Tools > Scheduled Process > Hierarchy > Searched for collection job set with status wait > Clicked on Edit schedule > and I was able to see the schedule of these Collection Job Sets.

This schedule had some manual cancellations as well so it's not continuous

I would like to extract this list. Is it possible using SQL query?

Also, I have the ESS Monitor Job Role, so I'm assuming I'd be able to see every scheduled process by checking this way, in this case every scheduled "collection job set" scheduled by any user. Is this assumption correct?
