Restrict State Selection to NC and Remove Pennsylvania PSD in Tax Withholding Component

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

We have a requirement - when adding a calculation component under Tax Withholding:

  1. In the field "What do you want to add?", Pennsylvania PSD should be removed from the available options.
  2. In the next field "State", the dropdown should be restricted to only North Carolina (NC).
