Do We Need to Run November 2025 Vertex Updates in Production Before January 2026?

Hello -

We recently ran the November 2025 Vertex Updates for the US in our lower environments. In the document, we noticed that all tax changes are effective on January 1, 2026.

Since USOPTE will go live in Production for the first payroll in January 2026, is it still necessary for us to run these updates in our Production environment beforehand?
