As part of our Oracle Fusion implementation, we are evaluating the option to leverage Oracle’s Web Content Server (UCM) to stage files generated by Oracle outbound tools prior to their processing by the Middleware layer. Our intention is to utilize UCM as an intermediary staging area, ensuring files are securely managed and available for downstream integrations.

Given this design approach, we would like to understand if Oracle foresees any potential challenges, restrictions, or best practice recommendations regarding the use of UCM in this context. Specifically:

  • Are there any known limitations or risks with using UCM as a staging repository for outbound files in Fusion cloud integrations?
