Is there any impact on User license With Red wood In SCM

Summary:

We have created Custom roles to limit the user license consumption across SCM modules for unwanted products. We are enabling redwood experience now, Is there any impact on User license with Redwood? To access certain functionalities of Redwood We need to add certain privileges. Do we have any Matrix where any new privilege which are specific to Redwood has license impact? can we asses the License impact before implementing in Production?
