FCCS_CICTA Variance appear at Parent Entity

Recently we made all child entities inactive under a parent. After consolidation, balance out at parent entity.

Further drill shows, variance coming from CICTA and Retained Earnings (Owners Income + FCCS_REC OBFXCTA).

It's seemed even after making entities inactive, prior period closing balance still carry forwarded which led CICTA and OBFXCTA variance).
