Project Contract > Line > Associated Projects tab is not showing up the Project

Summary:

Dear Oracle Fusion PPM Experts

We are creating a Interproject Contract. In the Contract Line> Billing Tab we are able to enter the Receiver Project and Receiver Task Name.
In the Contract Line> Associated Project tab when we click on + to Add project details the Project Name/Project Number LOV is not showing up any values.

What setup or step we are missing. Can someone provide suggestions on how to fix this issue.
