Unable to Define Validation Rule Linking Supplier Type to Tax Payer Field in VBS

Hello Everyone,

Summary:

I’m trying to configure a validation rule in Oracle Fusion Supplier Management where the value selected in Supplier Type should enforce a specific digit format in the Tax Payer field.
For example:

  • If Supplier Type = X, the Tax Payer field must contain a specific number of digits.
  • If Supplier Type = Y, the Tax Payer field must follow a different digit length.

1. The issue I’m facing is that in Visual Builder Studio → Configure Fields and Regions, the Tax Payer field is not available for selection when creating the rule. Because of that, I cannot map it or apply any validation conditions.

Howdy, Stranger!
