Web service failed login audit
Summary:
We want to obtain the audit of failed login attempts for users that call OTBI report via SOAP request.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We cannot login to OTBI with a user, and via SR we are told that this is because the account is Locked, because something keeps calling web service requests to OTBI with this user using an outdated password. Even if we reset the password in Security Console, we still cannot access OTBI, because every minute there is a call to SOAP service to retrieve some report, with old credentials, and this lokcs the user.
