401 error while invoking OIC Project API

Summary:
While trying to invoke a REST API , which is developed within a project , it is giving 401 Error

We have configured the IDCS Confidential APP , and we are able to invoke OIC APIs successfully using the CliendId/ClientSec and
urn:opc:resource:consumer::all Scope.
However, if tried to invoke an API that is inside a project , it gives 401 Error
