Hide/remove access to infolets for specific users

Summary:

In Germany KPIs such as performance may not be measured at the individual level. It must not be apparent, for example, how quickly an employee has processed or resolved a ticket. Can we hide (remove access to) some or all infolets for some user? If yes, how is this possible? Is this by using custom roles?
