Field Alignment for Candidate Information

Summary:

Does anybody know a way of adding a 'blank space' in the Candidate Information page so that the fields display in a logical order?

We want the 'Title' field to appear on it's own at the top of the application, with 'First Name' and 'Last Name' to be displayed directly below. Unfortunately, because the system just places the fields side by side, the layout doesn't read well for the candidate (see screenshots below).

I've tried adding in a read only field into the list to drop the First Name and Last Name fields to the line below Title, but this is obviously not ideal and there is no way of hiding the field name. Does anyone know how I can get around this?
