VB Studio: Properties is blank

in Visual Builder Studio for HCM

In VBS Grade's 'Search' page, the 'Properties' section is blank

According to 25D update, we should be able to make use the Configure Page Properties feature to define how page properties are conditionally applied based on the security roles. However, when I get the page to configure the same and followed the documentation (click on configure Page Properties, add a Rule and set a condition) "Common properties" is completely blank.

Did anyone face this issue? Should we run any processes?
